Zwentibold (871 - August 13 900) was the illegimate son of the Holy Roman Emperor, Arnulf of Carinthia and ruled the kingdom of Lotharingia from 895 to 900.

He had great problems controlling the nobility and in 900, Reginar (also known as Rainier) , count of Hainaut rose against Zwentibold and slew him on August 13 near present-day Susteren
