Ted Koehler (July 14, 1894—January 17, 1973) was an American lyric writer. He was born in Washington, DC.Koehler started out as a photo-engraver but was attracted to the music business, progressing from silent film accompaniest to song plugger to professional songwriter. He moved from Vaudeville to Broadway to Hollywood.
Koehler died in Santa Monica, California.
