Streetlight Manifesto Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description

Streetlight Manifesto is a ska band from New Jersey. The band, formed by ex-Catch 22 frontman Tomas Kalnoky, is a member of the Risc Group.

The band consists of 7 members. Kalnoky plays the guitar and lead vocals. Josh Ansley played bass but recently left to persue other interests, Chris Thatcher plays drums, and the horn section of the band consists of Dan Ross on baritone saxophone, Jim Conti on tenor saxophone, Mike Soprano on trombone, and Jamie Egan on trumpet.

The band released its first CD, Everything Went Numb, on August 26, 2003.

Members of Streetlight Manifesto also, before the band's first full-length studio release, collaborated with a handfull of other musicians to record the Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution (BOTAR) EP, "A Call to Arms". Included on the five track, independently released album is Here's to Life, which became a Streetlight Manifesto song, and Dear Sergio, a Catch 22 song from when Kalnoky was still with the band.

Streetlight's merchandise is run by , Jeff, and sometimes a dirtbike, commonly referred to as Rob.

The bassist, John Ansley, left in an abrupt manner. A September 19th, 2004 show was slated to be his last, however, he was not at the show. However, Chris Pschuik, formerly of One Cool Guy filled in at the show, which was at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park in New Jersey. Additionally, the September 19th show is the first, and so far only live performance of "Dear Sergio" by Tomas Kalnoky.
