SKY Network Television Limited, often trading as SKY, is an Auckland, New Zealand-based pay television operator. It broadcasts on both UHF and satellite platforms.It should not be confused with British Sky Broadcasting in the UK, though one of BSkyB's shareholders, News Corporation, has a shareholding in INL, a 78% shareholder of SKY Network Television.
