Ruskin College is an independent college in Oxford, founded in 1899 and named after John Ruskin. Its purpose is to allow adults without any formal qualifications to study for a degree. Although not one of the constituent colleges of the University of Oxford, Ruskin is centrally situated and has close links with the university.
