Rover 416i Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
The Rover 416i was a model designation used for various cars marketed by the Rover company.As part of the collaboration between Honda and Rover's then parent company, British Leyland, the 416i was a compact car built by Honda of Japan from 1985 to 1989 for the Australian market. It was a rebadged Honda Integra five-door hatchback.
In the 1990s Rover produced a number of Honda Concerto and Civic-based models for its home (United Kingdom) and export markets. These formed the Rover 200-series and Rover 400-series, with the 416i badge used in the latter range.
