The Reman Warbird Scimitar was a very powerful starship in the Star Trek universe.The Scimitar had a similar design to the Klingon bird-of-prey. It was constructed at a secret base on Remus and became the personal flagship of Shinzon. It was the most heavily armed starship of the era. It carried 52 disrupter banks, 27 photon torpedo bays, and had primary and secondary shields. The greatest asset was the cloaking device. Not only could the Scimitar fire while the cloaking device was engaged, but it didn't give off tachyon emissions or residual antiprotons, like other Klingon or Romulan cloaking devices do, making it undetectable.
Aside from the cloaking device, the most important, and horrific, device was the thalaron radiation weapon. The Scimitar itself was designed to produce large amounts of the deadly radiation.
