Quizno's Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Quizno's Sub is a fast-food sandwich chain that specializes in toasted submarine sandwiches.
Quizno's is known for its method of toasting its subs (unlike its main competitor, Subway) after adding all ingredients except the cold vegetables like lettuce. All of its subs are hot, though they can still be sold cold at the customer's request. There is also a somewhat larger variety of foods that can be bought off the menu, compared to Subway, like soups and salads as well as a full line of Quizno's-branded potato chips. The most popular subs are the Classic Italian, the Mesquite Chicken with Bacon, the Black Angus, the Smoked Turkey and the Honey Bacon Club. Quizno's now has over 3000 franchises in 15 countries.

Over the years Quizno's has had varied success at advertising campaigns. A 2002 Super Bowl ad was very successful while other ad campaigns were not as successful. One such ad that debuted in 2003 depicted a man "raised by wolves" suckling at a mother wolf's teat. Another ad experiment featured Spongmonkeys and was either loved or hated by reviewers.
In 2003 Quizno's began to expand in earnest in Canada, where it had established a small foothold a couple of years earlier.
