It consists of five smaller units: Osiedle Pod Lipami, Osiedle Przyjaźni;, Osiedle Kosmonautów, Osiedle Wichrowe Wzgórze and Osiedle Zwycięstwa;. There are also detached houses, an old estate Stare Winogrady, a new estate Osiedle Na Murawie, a TBS estate, dorm houses, stores, schools and some new residential buildings (eg. so-called Batman).
