Pavel Sergeevich Alexandrov (Па́вел Серге́евич Алекса́ндров) (born May 7, 1896 - died November 16, 1982) was a Russian mathematician. He wrote about 300 papers, making important contributions to set theory and topology.Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences since 1953.
