Patricia Heaton (born March 4, 1958 in Bay Village, Ohio) is an Emmy Award-winning, American actress best known for her role as Ray Barones's long-suffering wife, Debra, on the TV show, Everybody Loves Raymond. She has also had recurring roles on thirtysomething and Party of Five. Heaton is a graduate of The Ohio State University.
In 2002, Villard Books published her memoir, Motherhood and Hollywood - How to Get a Job Like Mine.
Patricia is also an honorary chairperson for "Feminists for Life", a pro-life organization dedicated to educating the public about abortion issues and alternatives.
In 2004, she became a spokesperson for the Albertsons chain of grocery stores.
