Northside (Pittsburgh) Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
"Northside" refers both to the region of Pittsburgh to the north of the Allegheny River and Ohio River and to a small neighborhood within that region. Before being incorporated into Pittsburgh, the Northside was an independent city known as Allegheny.
