North American Public Speaking Championship Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
The North American Public Speaking Championship is organized by the Canadian University Society for Intercollegiate Debate and the American Parliamentary Debating Association. It is run in parallel with the North American Debating Championship, and alternates between host schools in the USA and Canada.
