Noah Taylor (born September 4, 1969) is an Australian actor born in London.He was in The Year My Voice Broke (1987), its follow-on Flirting (1991), and played the teenage David Helfgott in Shine (1996). In 2001, he starred in the film adaptation of the cult novel, He Died With A Felafel In His Hand.
Noah once commented in an interview that he was sick of acting out the nostalgic reminiscences of other people. He has done this in a number of films including The Nostradamus Kid which was based, apparently, on the memories of the Australian author Bob Ellis.
