News Corporation is a media conglomerate that operates world-wide. Its major shareholder and managing director is Rupert Murdoch. It is a public company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.Formerly incorporated in Adelaide, Australia, News Corporation has commenced moving to the United States, after shareholders unanimously voted to move to the United States. This is expected to be completed on November 12 2004.
