Nam Sung-yong (November 23, 1912 - February 20, 2001), was the bronze winner of the Marathon of the 1936 Summer Olympics, completing the run in 2 hours, 31 minutes, and 42 seconds. He is also the first Korean bronze Olympian.

Like the gold medallist Sohn Kee-chung, the Japanese government forced Nam Sung-yong to use a Japanese name, Shoryu Nan (ナム・スンヨン).

After the Olympics, Nam Sung-yong worked at the Korean Sporting Association with Sohn Kee-chung.
