Matt Black (real name Matthew Cohen) is a British DJ and one half of Coldcut (along with Jonathan Moore).Matt is widely regarded as one of the most inovative people in the new sphear of AudioVisual performance - his legendry AV tracks include Timber by Coldcut and Hexstatic as well as early involovement in the classic rave VJ series Xmix.
He is also a founding member of the (now defunkt) VJ group Hex. He is a founding member of VJ group The VJamm Allstars and continues to perform shows with them.
