Kting Voar Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Kting Voar (Pseudonovobis spiralis) or "jungle sheep", is a mountain goat of Kampuche (Cambodia). It's called linh dong "mountain goat" by the Vietnamese. It has peculiar twisting horns - about 45 cm long. They 'resemble high-rise motorcycle handlebars'. Biologist Wolfgang Peter found the first horns in a Ho Chi Minh City market. The horns are so different, he classified it as a new species. Many believe that the Kting Voar is not a real animal, and that the horns are from cows. Cow horns are sold as imitation Kting Voar horns in Kampuche markets. Today, American mammologist Dr. Robert Timms believes that Kting Voar is a new species, despite the sale of imitation horns. This is an Article on Kting Voar.
