Konstantin Päts Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Konstantin Päts (February 23 1874 - January 18 1956 was an Estonian dictator. He established an authoritarian rule after a coup d'état in 1934. In 1938 he became president. He lost power when Estonia was incorporated in the Soviet Union in 1940. He was deported by the Soviets. Päts died in a Psychiatric hospital in Kaliningrad in 1956.
