Kent Institute of Art and Design - commonly referred to as KIAD (kai-ad) is an Art School based across three campuses in the county of Kent, in the United Kingdom.It offers further education, higher education, postgraduate and part time courses at three campuses, in Canterbury, Maidstone and Rochester. All specialise in different artistic disciplines.
Famous alumni include Tracy Emin. Past tutors include Ian Dury and Stephen Farthing FRA.
