Kemps Bay was a district of the Bahamas before 1996.
It consisted of the southern portion of the island of Andros. The population (2000) was 1,666 - the census recorded exactly equal numbers of males and females.
New districts were created on Andros in 1996. Fresh Creek was roughly replaced by South Andros.
