Prince Kakutsa (Kaikhosro) Cholokashvili (1888-1930) is a National Hero of Georgia, Colonel.

Cholokashvili was originated from a prominent aristocratic family. As an officer of the Russian army, Cholokashvili took part in World War I (1914-1918). As Georgia declared independence in 1918, Kakutsa Cholokashvili became a colonel in the Georgian army and participated in all military actions between 1918 and 1921. He was a Deputy Minister of Defence of the Democratic Republic of Georgia. After the Red Army occupied the country (February 25, 1921), Cholokashvili launched armed resistance against the Soviet troops (1921-1924). He was one of the most prominent military leaders of a large anti-Soviet rebellion that began in August, 1924. After suppression of the rebellion, Cholokashvili emigrated to France, where he died in 1930.
