Juanita Millender-McDonald (born September 7 1938), American politician, has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1996, representing the 37th District of California. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama, was educated at California State University, Los Angeles and the University of Southern California, and was a teacher, a member of the Carson, California City Council and a member of the California Assembly before entering the House. She is a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
