John Farmer Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
John Farmer (1570? – 1601) was an English composer, mainly of madrigals. While he is probably one of the less well-known composers of the English Madrigal School, some of his works occur in anthologies, including the famous "Fair Phyllis I Saw" and "Fair nymphs, I heard one telling."
