Javier Otxoa Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Javier Otxoa is a Spanish cyclist. In 2000 he won a heavy mountain stage in the Tour de France on top of the Hautacam. In February 2001 a car hit him and his brother Riccardo during training. Riccardo died. Javier survived but was in a coma for a month and became seriously disabled. He continued cycling however.
