Harmony Corruption is an album by the grindcore band Napalm Death.It has been released in 1990 on Earache Records and showed up the temporary change of Napalm Death´s music from grindcore to death metal, in spite of some grincore-elements left in the songs of that album.
The Mentally Murdered E.P. is included on the CD.
