Glenn Presnell (Gilead, Nebraska, July 28, 1905 - Ironton, Ohio, September 13, 2004) played for the Detroit Lions in the 1930s. He had been the NFL's second-oldest -living player when he died.

After playing in the NFL, Glenn was Assistant Football Coach for the University of Kansas, then an Assistant for the University of Nebraska and Eastern Kentucky University. He was Head Coach at Nebraska in 1942 and Eastern Kentucky from 1954-1963. He was then athletic director at Eastern Kentucky until his retirement in 1974.
