Toss and Catch: Using only one hand, throw the selected stone into the air, quickly snatch up another from the floor and then catch the falling stone. You will now have two stones in your hand.
Transfer one stone to your other hand, or out of the way.
Repeat, picking up all the four stones on the floor.
You are out in each round if you fail to catch a stone, drop a stone or touch a stone other than the one you are trying to pick up. If you are out then you pass the stones to your left and wait for your next turn.
If you manage to pick up all four stones then you progress to round 2 immediately.
Toss and Catch: But this time, pick up two stones at a time from the floor.
Toss and Catch: But this time, pick up one stone the first time, then three at once on the second.
Now throw the one stone into the air again, pick up all the stones on the ground in one go, the catch the stone in the air.
Count the stones left in your hand.
If you have 3, then the other players slap your hand and you miss your go.
If you have any other number, remember it* and move on to round 6.
Make a 'tunnel' with one hand's thumb and forefinger.
Toss and Catch: But this time instead of catching the stone on the floor, you must push it through the tunnel, and then catch the stone thrown in the air.
You may have as many goes as you like to get your stones through, but the nominated stone must be pushed through the tunnel in one go only.
The person to your right makes a 'chopping' hand on the floor. You then drop the stones over his hand so the stones fall to either side of it.
If stones fall on one side only, you are out.
The person on the right lifts his hand and then removes any stone of his choosing.
You must now 'flick' any one stone onto another, and then flick one of the last two onto the other one, in just two flicks.
