Garden State Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description

Garden State is the official nickname for the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is also the setting for the 2004 film of that name which is written and directed by Zach Braff. He also stars in it, along with Natalie Portman, Peter Sarsgaard, and Ian Holm.

The movie was filmed in 25 days in April and May 2003 and released on July 30, 2004. It was an official selection of the Sundance Film Festival.

The soundtrack for the movie includes songs from The Shins, Simon and Garfunkel, Coldplay, Frou Frou, Nick Drake, Remy Zero, Colin Hay, Thievery Corporation, and Zero 7.
