A Fuser is a part of laser printer that melts the toner onto the medium. It consists of hot-roll and the back-up roller. After the toner is transferred on the paper the fuser applies heat and pressure to ensure that the toner stays on paper permanently, which is the reason why the paper that comes out of laser printers is warm.
