Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Sex* (*But Were Afraid to Ask) is- a book (1969, updated 1999) by U.S. physician Dr. David Reuben. It was one of the first sex manuals that entered mainstream culture in the 1960s. Although it did not feature explicit images of sex acts, its descriptions of sex acts were unprecedentedly detailed. The book was re-issued as a paperback in New York by St Martin's press in 2000 with ISBN 0312976569.
