Doink the Clown Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description

Doink the Clown was the stage name of a professional wrestler during the 1990s. He wrestled in the WWF (World Wrestling Federation), which later became known as the World Wrestling Entertainment league, or WWE.

At least three men used the Doink gimmick in WWE. The first and best-known "Doink" was Matt Borne.

Doink's wrestling persona was that of a circus clown. He wrestled in clown costume, complete with face paint, makeup, and bright green hair. His diminutive Sidekick Dink the Clown, who was approximately 3 feet tall wore a similar clown costume.

For most of the time that the Doink character was used in WWF, he was a heel, a character who is portrayed as behaving in an immoral or unsportsmanlike manner. Heels are sometimes referred to as 'evil'.
