Dinobot is a maximal from the Beast Wars (Transformers) universe.
Dinobot defected from the Predacons early on and is proficient in physical combat; a true warrior. His beast form was supposedly a Velociraptor, although his size and appearance suggest he was really a Deinonychus. Dinobot would question the meaning of his existence throughout the series until his eventual death heroically defending an early anthropoid colony from the Predacons. Later cloned by Megatron as a new Transmetal 2 through the use of his DNA and a piece of Rampage's spark.
