Democratic Transhumanism Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description

Democratic transhumanism is a strand of transhumanism that advocates both the right to use technology to transcend the limitations of the human body and the extension of democratic concerns beyond formal legal equality and liberty, into economic and cultural liberty and equality, in order to protect values such as equality, solidarity, and democratic participation in a transhuman context.

The term "Democratic transhumanism" was coined by Dr James Hughes in 2002.
