David Levy (b. March 14, 1945) is a Scottish international master chess player and businessman, celebrated for his involvement with computer chess, the Computer Olympiads (founder), and the Mind Sports Olympiads (founder).In 1997 he won the Loebner Prize.
Since 1999 he has been the president of the International Computer Games Association.
