Cryosurgery Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Cryosurgery is a form of surgery using a very cold instrument to freeze and destroys abnormal tissue. It is typically performed using a spray of liquid nitrogen to destroy lesions on the skin. The very cold spray freezes the surface layers of the skin, causing a blister to form which peels away along with the lesion. It can be used to treat certain skin cancers (such as basal cell carcinoma) and warts.
