Civil disorder Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
Civil disorder is a condition in the society where people are engaged in several forms of disturbance such as parades and sit-ins, or riots, sabotage and other forms of crime. It is intended to be a demonstration to the public and the politics but can be easily evolved to chaos.A central feature of civil disorder is lack of central governmental control over basic security. In the absence of strong presence of police and/or military force, armed gangs of men and youth may engage in looting, kidnap, murder or other violent acts.
Citizens not directly involved in the civil disorder have their lives significantly disrupted as their ability to work, enjoy recreation and even, in some cases, obtain necessities. Disruption of the intrastructure of modern civil society, public utilities for water, sewage, electricity and dissemination of information (TV/radio/press) can also accompany civil disorder, and indeed may be cause of initiating civil disorder on occasion.
The cause of civil disorder is several forms of discontent among people including economical stalement, inflations, a huge amount of unemployment and political scandal.
