The Chippewas of Georgina Island are an Ojibwe (or Anishinaabeg) First Nations community on Georgina Island in Lake Simcoe, Ontario, with a registered population of 660 people[1]. They are thus one of a handful of First Nations in the Greater Toronto Area.
