Biberach Independent Film Festival Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
The Biberach Independent Film Festival (BIFF) will have its premiere in November 2004 in the southwestern German town of Biberach an der Riß (situated just south of Ulm. The Festival is for a German audience and will present recent German shorts and documentaries. Outside the competition there is room for shorts and documentaries from other countries.It will run parallel to a festival of German movies - the "Filmfest Biberach" - which, however, focusses mainly on feature films.
The competition will have four categories
