The Backstreet Boys, or BSB, are a boy band and pop group formed in 1992 by Lou Pearlman that grew to considerable popularity in the late 1990s and the year 2000, but quietly slipped away from the charts. The band went on hiatus for 3 years.On December 10th, 2003 the Backstreet Boys reunited on Oprah. They hit the studio's in early 2004 to start recording their new album. It is set for release in early 2005(most likely February). Their newest single is due for release later in November. Most likely it will be their song Poster Girl.

Originally from Orlando, Florida, the band's members include Nick Carter, Kevin Richardson, Kevin's cousin Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Howie Dorough.
