Atomix Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
The most popular magazine among videogame consumer in Latinamerica is Atomix. A magazine published once a month that was originally created by a group of videogame fans in school back in 96. The original site was named Limit-X and it was the biggest online comunity in spanish that covered the videogame industry and scene in Mexico. After some years, Limit-X turned into Atomix, and that happened just before the 1st issue was published in Mexico. The premiere issue was so big that it was almost sold out and it featured Final Fantasy 8 on the cover, something weird because Square was a company with no distribution in Mexico but they decided to support the magazine. Suddenly, it became the first publication in Latin America that talked about all game consoles, since in the past all the magazines down there were only console oriented like Club Nintendo.
