American Football League Hall of Fame Guide, Meaning , Facts, Information and Description
American Football League Hall of Fame in Amherst, New York was founded in response to the Pro Football Hall of Fame's perceived bias in favour of the National Football League. The site points out that of two hundred and twenty-five members of the "pro football" hall of fame, only one was not an NFL player; and that numerous clearly great players from the AFL have been ignored, including Johnny Robinson, Ron McDole, Lionel Taylor and others. The site's aim is to honor the American Football League players, coaches and contributors who helped to make the AFL the genesis of modern professional football.
