Alice Mills (born May 23, 1986 in Brisbane, Queensland) is a member of the Australian Women's Olympic Swim team and current holder (with teammates Lisbeth Lenton, Petria Thomas, and Jodie Henry) of the world's record in the women's 4 x 100 meter relay: 3:35:94. She trains at the Chandler Sports Complex along with her good friend Jodie Henry.
