Plot
The show is about a group of young cops whose youthful appearances enabled them to work undercover to catch troubled youths. As with most teenage shows in the late 80's and early 90's, the show covered typical plots, such as hate crimes, drug abuse, drinking, and sexual promiscuity. Similarly, each problem was solved by the end of the hour long show, giving an implicit moral about the impact of a particular activity.
